| Safety….. In order to have a safe and successful remediation and demolition project a working knowledge of both construction and the law is required. Trained professionals are required to identify, remove, and dispose of any and all hazardous, toxic, or regulated materials. Here at Phoenix, our staff have all completed 40 hour OSHA training as well as a variety of other safety courses. Daily site meetings and tool box meetings are a way of reinforcing our safety consciousness. We have our own safety program that all of our staff is required to learn and practice. And the results speak for themselves…we have had an EMR rating of under one (-1) for over fifteen years.
